Chashma Sugar Mills to issue Corporate Guarantee amounting to Rs1.5bn

December 16, 2021 (MLN): The shareholders of Chashma Sugar Mills Limited have resolved to issue a Corporate Guarantee amounting to Rs 1.5bn to banks on behalf of its holding company “The Premier Sugar Mills & Distillery Company Limited” company filing on bourse showed today.

For the aforesaid approval, shareholders authorized Mr Iskander M. Khan, Director of the company and Mr Mujahid Bashir company secretary, to do all such acts, deeds, matters and things and execute all such agreements, to give effect to this resolution.
