Bata Brands S.A. waives off Trade Mark License Fee for Bata Pakistan

January 28, 2021 (MLN): Bata Brands S.A., the brand holder of Trade Mark “Bata & other various brands”, has given relief to Bata Pakistan by waiving off the Trade Mark License Fee of Rs. 223.36 million for the period starting from March 2020 to August 2020.

This relief has been granted by way of a credit note to Company, Bata Pakistan announced on Thursday via a notification issued to PSX.

The company further said that this waiver from the brand holder shall positively impact the profit & loss of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2020.
