Bahria Town withdraws PAI to acquire 50% shares of ESBL

February 21, 2022 (MLN): In pursuance of a termination notice from Bahria Town (Private) Limited, Muhammad Munir Muhammad Ahmed Khanani Securities Limited, being Manager to the Offer has withdrawn the Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) made on behalf of Mr. Syed Sabur Rehman for the acquisition of more than 50% shares and control of Escorts Investment Bank Limited (ESBL).

Hence, the "PAl" stands withdrawn, ESBL informed through a notice to exchange on Monday.
