Atlas Honda clarifies plans for electric bike launch

April 09, 2025 (MLN): Atlas Honda Limited (PSX: ATLH) has clarified its position regarding the potential launch of an electric bike.

The Company, in response to queries about why it has not disclosed this information under clauses 5.6.1(a) or 5.6.2 of the PSX Regulations, emphasized that it always ensures compliance with all applicable laws, including those related to the dissemination of price-sensitive information.

The Company stated that it is actively exploring and embracing emerging technological advancements, including a possible entry into the electric vehicle (EV) segment in the near future, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

However, Atlas Honda clarified that no formal announcement would be made until there has been material progress in this regard.
