Askari Bank Ltd acquires 100% shareholding of Askari Securities Ltd

September 21, 2020 (MLN): Askari Bank Limited has acquired remaining 26% shareholding of Askari Securities Limited from Army welfare Trust.
The approval of acquisition was granted by the shareholders of the Bank in their meeting held on April 22, 2020.
