AsiaPak Investments, Montage Oil to acquire majority stake in LOTCHEM

February 13, 2025 (MLN): Arif Habib Limited, being the Manager to the Offer by AsiaPak Investments Limited and Montage Oil DMCC has officially revealed its intention to acquire a significant majority stake, at least 75.01% of the ordinary shares in Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited.

This strategic acquisition will be carried out in compliance with the Securities Act 2015 and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.

Details regarding this significant event will be published in both an English and an Urdu language newspaper on February 17, 2025.
