Alpha Cement to acquire around 84% of ACPL, submits PAI via AHL

June 03, 2025 (MLN): To acquire 84.06% shares of Attock Cement Pakistan Limited (PSX: ACPL), Arif Habib Limited (PSX: AHL), acting as the Manager to the Offer (MTO), has submitted the Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) on behalf of Alpha Cement Company Limited (the Acquirer), the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The principal line of business for Alpha Cement is to produce, manufacture, prepare, treat, process, refine, and deal in all kinds of cement and its allied products.

Similarly, Attock Cement operates in the same line of business, focusing on the manufacturing and sale of cement.
