AKD Hospitality signs agreement with AKD REIT to provide hospitality services

December 19, 2022 (MLN): AKD Hospitality Limited (AKDHL) has entered into an agreement with AKD REIT Management Company Limited to provide services related to Hospitality Business services, the company’s stock filings on the stock exchange showed.

“Hospitality Business services include pre-feasibility or feasibility studies for establishing a hospitality-related business (hotel/resort/tourism & tourism attraction), operating a hotel resort against percentage sharing in profit or joint venture in hotel/resort business”, the company stated.

AKDHL will provide certain services against the payment of a monthly retainer fee and comprehensive consultancy services against the detailed scope of work against our quoted price as per the nature of the work whenever any such services are solicited in addition to our monthly retainer fee.

The Principal line of business of the AKDHL is to carry on the tourism business including hospitality business, motels, destination management services, developing & building tourism attraction and to undertake all ancillary business activities to provide end to end service solutions.
