ADB to immediately release $50 million to Pakistan to help combat coronavirus

March 18, 2020: The Asian Development Bank will immediately release 50 million dollars to Pakistan to help it combat coronavirus.

The meeting is under process at the Planning Commission wherein the funding requests are being discussed.

ADB is likely to provide overall funding of 350 million dollars, whereas World Bank is expected to support Pakistan through funding of 188 million dollars.
