ABC askes extension in PAO to acquire voting shares of ZIL ltd

December 28, 2022 (MLN): Alpha Beta Core Solution (ABC) on behalf of New Future Consumer International General Trading LLC has requested the extension of the Public Announcement of Offer (PAO) until April 8, 2022, a notice issued to PSX on Wednesday showed.

Initially, the date for PAO offer was January 8, 2022.

To note, on July 6, 2022 ABC Solutions Limited being a manager to the offer by New Future Consumer International General Trading LLC (Acquirer) has submitted a Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) to acquire more than 51% shares and control of ZIL Limited (Target).

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs195.87, which is up by Rs13.66 or 7.50% DoD.
