ZTP, IBMU Builders acquire major stakes in First IBL Modaraba

May 06, 2026 (MLN): ZTP (Private) Limited and IBMU Builders (Private) Limited have separately disclosed substantial shareholdings in First IBL Modaraba (PSX:FIBLM).

ZTP (Private) Limited acquired 7,952,584 Modaraba certificates, representing approximately 36.67% of First IBL Modaraba's paid-up Certificate Capital, making it the dominant strategic investor in the Modaraba.

IBMU Builders (Private) Limited, meanwhile, picked up 3,070,000 certificates, constituting around 14.16% of the paid-up Certificate Capital, according to company’s filing on PSX.

Together, the two entities now hold a combined stake of over 50% in First IBL Modaraba.
