Wahdat Poultry Farm IPO draws 2,731 applications for 18.4m shares

May 04, 2026 (MLN): Wahdat Poultry Farm Limited's Initial Public Offering received a total of 2,731 applications seeking 18,430,000 shares valued at Rs331.74 million during the general public subscription held on April 27 and 28, 2026, according to figures compiled by CDC Share Registrar Services Limited as at April 29, 2026.

The issue size stood at 15,930,705 shares, with applications received exceeding that figure.

Among the applicants, those seeking above 2,000 shares submitted the largest block of demand, with 439 applications covering 16,160,000 shares worth  Rs290.88 million.

Applications for 1,000 shares drew 781 submissions totalling Rs14.06 million, while 963 applicants sought 500 shares each at a combined value of Rs8.67 million. Applications for 2,000 shares numbered 371, amounting to Rs13.36 million, and 177 applications were received for 1,500 shares worth Rs4.78 million.

Topline Securities Limited, which filed the subscription data with the Pakistan Stock Exchange, noted that all share applications will be allocated subject to scrutiny and the due process.

Applications for up to 2,000 shares will receive full allocation. For application above 2,000 shares, the shares will be allotted on a pro- rata basis
