Tasdeeq's IPO general public subscription sees heavy demand

August 17, 2026 (MLN): Tasdeeq Information
Services Limited's Initial Public Offering (IPO) received applications for a
total of 812,907,000 shares against an issue size of 37,500,000 shares,
reflecting an oversubscription of nearly 21.68 times.
The General Public Subscription was held on August 11
and August 12, 2026 (both days inclusive), with the subscription figures
compiled by CDC Share Registrar Services Limited as at August 13, 2026, as per
a letter from Topline Securities Limited, on behalf of which the IPO was
managed.
A total of 11,358 applications were received amounting
to Rs2,438,721,000.
Applications for up to 2,000 shares will receive full
allocation, while applications above 2,000 shares will be allotted on a
pro-rata basis, with all shares subject to scrutiny and due process before
final allocation.
