TPL REIT Fund-I’s Saima Mangrove Residences launch draws oversubscribed response

October 12, 2026 (MLN): TPL REIT Fund-I (PSX:TPLRF1) said the
launch of its Saima Mangrove Residences project in Karachi was overwhelmingly
successful and heavily over-subscribed.
The two-day launch ceremony, held on
October 10 and 11, 2026 at the Mangrove, Korangi Creek, drew large attendance
and a warm response from prospective buyers, investors, corporate
representatives and other industry stakeholders.
The fund said the project is being
carried out through its special purpose vehicle, National Management &
Consultancy (Private) Limited, under a Development Advisory Agreement with the
Zeeshan Saleem Zaki Group of Saima Builders.
The aforementioned information was
disseminated through a notification to Exchange, following the fund’s earlier
disclosure of October 9, 2026 on the launch ceremony.
