TPL REIT Fund-I plans launch ceremony for Saima Mangrove Residences

October 09, 2026 (MLN): TPL REIT Fund-I (PSX:TPLRF1) has planned a launch ceremony on October 10 and 11, 2026 at the Mangrove, Korangi Creek, Karachi, for its project ‘Saima Mangrove Residences’, which is being developed under a Development Advisory Agreement with Zeeshan Saleem Zaki Group of Saima Builders.

The fund is carrying out the project through its special purpose vehicle, National Management & Consultancy (Private) Limited.

The ceremony will mark the formal launch of the project, and prospective buyers, investors, corporate representatives and other industry stakeholders are expected to attend.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
