Systems limited board approves potential IT services acquisition

September 17, 2025 (MLN): On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Systems Limited's board of directors considered a potential acquisition of an Information Technology (IT) services business.

This is subject to several conditions, including the finalization of negotiations, completion of due diligence, and obtaining regulatory approvals.

Additionally, Mr. Fayez Qamar Rasheed was appointed as the new Company Secretary.
