Supernet sets Aug 17 book closure for right issue entitlement

August 05, 2026 (MLN): Supernet Technologies Limited (PSX: STL) will close its share transfer books for one day on August 17, 2026 to determine the entitlement of right shares.

Share transfers received at the office of the company's share registrar, F.D. Registrar Services (Private) Limited, by the close of business on August 16, 2026 will be considered for determining the identities and entitlements of right shares.

The book closure follows the company's earlier announcement of the right issue dated July 15, 2026 and the Final Offer Document dated August 5, 2026.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
