Sitara Petroleum Service Limited set for PSX debut

May 20, 2026 (MLN): Sitara Petroleum Service Limited is set to begin trading on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday, May 21, 2026, with its opening price fixed at Rs18.90 per share, a figure determined through the Book Building process.

Settlement will follow on a T+1 basis, with the first settlement date scheduled for Friday, May 22, 2026.

The company has been assigned the ticker symbol SPSL by the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), through which all transactions will be settled.

The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has already declared the shares an eligible security, with a market lot of one share at a face value of Rs1 each.

Normal Circuit Breakers will apply to the opening price in the Ready Market.

SPSL will be quoted under the Oil & Gas Marketing Companies sector in PSX's daily quotation.

The company has also cleared Shariah screening under the KMI All Share Index criteria, qualifying it for inclusion in the PSX-KMI ALL SHARE ISLAMIC INDEX (KMIALLSHR) from the date of its listing, a designation that broadens its appeal to Islamic finance investors.
