Shield Corporation moves to delist from PSX

November 20, 2025 (MLN): Shield Corporation Limited (PSX: SCL) has
resolved to delist the company from the
Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) under Voluntary Delisting Rules of the PSX rule
book.
A formal application for voluntary delisting will be submitted to the PSX and as part of the delisting process, the company’s sponsors have been authorized to buy back shares held by minority shareholders, according to the company's statement issued Yesterday.
The purchase will be executed at a price determined either through applicable regulations or by the PSX or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
