SCL extends share buy-back window for shareholders

July 21, 2026 (MLN): Shield Corporation Limited (PSX:SCL) has extended the buy-back period for the purchase of shares from its remaining  shareholders to July 16, 2027, at a price of Rs750 per share, as part of the company's voluntary delisting from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company informed shareholders that the initial buy-back period, during which sponsors/majority shareholders were purchasing shares, had already expired on July 16, 2026.

Minority shareholders who could not avail the earlier opportunity and wish to sell their shares have been asked to approach the company's authorized Purchase Agent, Arif Habib Limited.

The Purchase Agent, along with the sponsors/majority shareholders, has submitted an undertaking to the Exchange for the purchase of the remaining shares at the approved price for the extended period.

Physical shareholders have been directed to approach CDC Register Services Limited to convert their physical shares into book-entry form, in line with SECP S.R.O. 328(I)/2026, and subsequently transfer their shares to the designated account, submitting the CDC outgoing report along with a copy of their CNIC either through registered mail, courier, or by personally delivering the documents to Arif Habib Limited.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
