Sapphire Fibres gets court nod for merger with RCML

March 11, 2026 (MLN): Sapphire Fibres Limited (PSX:SFL) has received approval from the High Court of Sindh at Karachi for its Scheme of Amalgamation and Merger with Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited (PSX:RCML).

The merger has been sanctioned under Sections 279 to 283 of the Companies Act, 2017.

The development has been disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited in accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1 of the PSX Rule Book.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
