SRVI sets August 22 book closure for 10-for-1 stock split

August 17, 2026 (MLN): Service Industries Limited (PSX: SRVI) will observe a single-day book closure on Saturday, August 22, 2026, to give effect to the change in the face value of its shares from Rs10 to Rs1.

Trading in SRVI shares will be subject to a modified settlement cycle on T+0 basis for Friday, August 21, 2026, due to the stock split. Normal T+1 settlement will resume from Monday, August 24, 2026.

The opening price of SRVI shares on Monday, August 24, 2026, will be one-tenth of the closing price on Friday, August 21, 2026.

The total number of shares will increase from 46,987,500 to 469,875,000, while the company’s paid-up capital will remain unchanged, according to PSX notice.
