June 08, 2026 (MLN): Service Long March Tyres Limited's initial public offering received 33,190 applications for a total of 739,171,500 ordinary shares, against a revised issue size of 116,920,000 shares.

This implies an oversubscription of approximately 6.3 times.

The subscription, held on June 3 and 4, 2026, drew Rs14.75 billion in total application money.

Applications for up to 2,000 shares will be allotted in full, while those above 2,000 shares will be allotted on a pro-rata basis.

The bulk of demand came from the above-2,000 units category, which alone accounted for 704,400,000 shares across 6,708 applications, amounting to Rs14.05 billion.

Smaller retail categories ranging from 500 to 2,000 shares contributed the remaining 34,771,500 shares across 26,482 applications.
