SCRA posts weekly gain as balance hits around Rs30bn

November 27, 2025 (MLN):The SCRA balance increased by Rs.418.29m during the week ending Nov 21, 2025 to close at Rs29.86 billion.

According to data published by the SBP, the week marked a net selling of securities to the tune of Rs10.42bn.

During the week SCRA received a total inflow of Rs.23.59bn through remittances, sale of securities and dividends.

Inward remittances amount was Rs3.89bn, sale of securities were recorded at Rs17.44bn while dividend received was Rs2.26bn.

Total outflows from SCRA through outward remittances, purchase of securities and taxes were recorded at Rs.23.17bn.

Outward remittances were Rs16.15bn, total securities purchased amounted to Rs7.02bn and total tax paid was Rs.0.69 million.

Market value of investments made in Equity, T-Bills and PIBS changed by Rs-104.43bn, Rs-8.06bn and Rs1.14m to close at Rs.702.30bn, Rs.76.18bn and Rs23.56bn.
