RDA crosses $12bn mark

February 20, 2026 (MLN): Roshan Digital Account (RDA) has reached a remarkable milestone, surpassing $12 billion in total inflows with over 900,000 accounts opened by Overseas Pakistanis, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) informed through its official social media channel.

According to the SBP data, total inflows into RDA during January 2026 stood at $216 million, slightly up from $213 million in December 2025, marking a $3 million increase month-on-month.

The cumulative inflows into RDA now stand at $11.923 billion.

During the month, $144 million of funds were repatriated or utilized locally, indicating a rise in the Net Repatriable Liability (NRL) by $72 million for January. Of this, $22 million was repatriated abroad, while $123 million was spent within Pakistan.

The SBP expressed gratitude to the overseas Pakistani community for their continued trust and active participation in the initiative, which has become a key channel for remittances and investment inflows into the country.

The RDA program continues to attract global Pakistanis seeking convenient and secure banking options while contributing to the country’s economic growth.
