July 07, 2026 (MLN): Primus Markets has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JR Dallas Wealth Management, establishing a strategic technical affiliation between the two financial firms, Bloomberg News reported.

Under the terms of the initial pact, Primus Markets will serve as the exclusive execution and advisory partner for JR Dallas within Pakistan.

The collaboration will primarily focus on structured infrastructure finance, distressed asset turnarounds, and managing cross-border capital flows.

Additionally, the two firms plan to establish a specialized equity brokerage division to enhance their service offerings in the region.

Further details regarding the timeline and financial scale of the partnership have not yet been disclosed.
