July 01, 2026 (MLN): Panther Tyres Limited (PSX: PTL) has successfully redeemed its privately placed short-term Sukuk certificates worth Rs2 billion, along with the payment of all accrued profit and principal obligations upon maturity on June 30, 2026.

Following the redemption, the company has fully discharged all obligations relating to the Sukuk issuance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issue.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
