PSX places Aurion.AI's draft IPO prospectus for public feedback

August 19, 2026 (MLN): Aurion.AI Limited has applied for listing on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), with the draft prospectus of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) now placed on the bourse's website for public comments.

The total issue size comprises 150m ordinary shares with a par value of Rs5 each, to be offered through the Book Building Method at a floor price of Rs5 per share.

LSE Capital Limited and Growth Securities (Private) Limited are serving as joint lead managers to the issue.

The draft prospectus has been placed on the PSX website under the caption "Public Comments on Draft Prospectus of Aurion.AI Limited," in line with Clause 3A.(2) of the Public Offering Regulations, 2017.

The information was disseminated through a notification to the Exchange.
