July 03, 2026 (MLN): The benchmark KSE-100 Index concluded Friday's trading session at 185,372.20, posting a gain of 851.24 points, or 0.46%, as investors remained upbeat amid easing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and softer international oil prices, while continued optimism over ongoing U.S.-Iran diplomatic engagement supported risk appetite.

Market sentiment stayed positive after oil prices remained under pressure on hopes that diplomatic efforts between the United States and Iran would reduce the likelihood of further conflict in the Middle East, easing concerns over global energy supplies.
