Premium textile forms UAE subsidiary

December 09, 2025 (MLN): Premium Textile Mills Limited (PSX: PRET) states that its Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates.
The approval was granted through a circular resolution dated December 8, 2025, according to the company's statement issued today.
