PNSC adds Aframax Tanker to fleet

February 16, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PSX: PNSC) has expanded its managed fleet with the induction of an Aframax tanker, M.T. Lahore, the state-owned shipping company said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The tanker, added through PNSC’s subsidiary Lahore Shipping (Private) Limited, has a deadweight tonnage of 112,051 tonnes.

The induction forms part of PNSC’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its shipping capacity and bolster liquid cargo transportation amid volatile global freight markets.

A few days ago, the Company inducted an MR-II tanker vessel into its managed fleet, expanding its shipping capacity, the state-owned carrier.

The vessel, M.T. Quetta, has been inducted through PNSC’s subsidiary Quetta Shipping (Private) Limited, in line with earlier disclosures made on October 22, 2025.
