July 14, 2026 (MLN): National Foods Limited's (PSX:NATF) wholly owned subsidiary, National Foods FZCO based in Dubai, has established a further subsidiary named National Foods Gulf (FZE) in Sharjah, UAE, as part of the company's strategy to expand its international business footprint.

The move comes as National Foods continues to build out its overseas operations through its Dubai-based subsidiary, National Foods FZCO, which now oversees the newly formed Sharjah entity.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
