NCCPL adds 22 stocks to SLB Category A, removes six

October 16, 2026 (MLN): The National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) will include 22 securities in the Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) Category A list of stocks eligible for short selling and exclude six from it, effective October 30, 2026.

The changes follow the quarterly review of securities eligibility under clause 7A.3.3 of the NCCPL Regulations 2015.

Five of the six excluded stocks were dropped because their impact cost was greater than 2.

They are Agritech Limited (AGL), First National Equities Limited (FNEL), Kohinoor Industries Limited (KOIL), KSB Pumps Company Limited (KSBP) and Quice Food Industries Limited (QUICE).

Lucky Core Industries Limited (LCI) was dropped because its average daily traded volume fell below 0.50% of its free float or 100,000 shares.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
