MODAM receives approval for the increase of PKR 500,000,000 in authorized fund

July 19, 2021 (MLN): Modaraba Al-Mali (MODAM), in an announcement to exchange informed that the Modarba Wing of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted the approval for the increase in Authorized Fund from PKR 300,000,000/- to PKR 800,000,000/-.
The said approval was granted by way of approving the alteration in the Prospectus, vide SECP's letter dated July 19, 2021.
