LSE SPAC-II transfers Rs180m IPO proceeds to escrow account

July 15, 2026 (MLN): LSE SPAC-II Limited has transferred Rs180 million, representing 90% of the total proceeds raised through its Initial Public Offering (IPO), to a designated escrow account following the successful completion of its IPO.

The transfer represents 90% of the total IPO proceeds.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

Earlier, Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) notified the listing of LSE SPAC-II Limited, with trading in the company's shares commencing on the Main Board from July 13, 2026.

The shares were listed at an opening price of Rs10 per share and are being traded under the security symbol "SPAC2" in the "Inv. Banks / Inv. Cos / Securities Cos." sector.

The company's shares are settled on a T+1 basis, with a market lot of one share having a face value of Rs10 each.
