LSE SPAC-II debuts on PSX main board

July 13, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has notified the listing of LSE SPAC-II Limited (SPAC2), with trading in the company's shares commencing on the Main Board from Monday, July 13, 2026.

According to the notice, the shares of LSE SPAC-II Limited will be settled on a T+1 basis, with the first settlement date scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The market lot of the company has been fixed at one share of Rs10 each.

PSX said the company's shares have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), while all transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

NCCPL has assigned "SPAC2" as the company's security symbol.

The opening price of the shares has been set at Rs10 per share. Since the company is being listed without undergoing the book building process, circuit breakers under PSX Regulation No. 19.3(b)(ii) will apply to the opening price of the shares in the Ready Market.

The company's share registrar is F.D. Registrar (Pvt.) Limited, located at Saima Trade Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

LSE SPAC-II Limited will be quoted under the "Inv. Banks / Inv. Cos / Securities Cos." sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange.
