LSE SPAC-I picks up 19% stake in solar firm

May 12, 2026 (MLN): LSE SPAC-I Limited (PSX:SPAC1)
has paid Rs230 million to acquire a 19.04% equity stake in Ningbo Green Light
Energy Limited, a solar energy solutions provider and EPC company in Pakistan.
The payment was made on May 11, 2026, following the
company's successful IPO, in line with what had been disclosed in its
prospectus.
Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited, also known as NGLE, is
partly owned by Ningbo Green Light Energy Group Company Limited and is
described as a leading solar energy solutions and EPC firm operating in
Pakistan.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a
notification to Exchange.
