February 23, 2026 (MLN): Loads Limited (PSX: LOADS) received subscription of Rs755,275,612.5 from its directors and a substantial shareholder against their entitlement in the right issue.

The amount represents 60,442,049 right shares at an exercise price of Rs12.5 per share, accounting for 50.35% of the total right issue.

The subscription was completed on February 20, 2026.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
