KAPCO’s power purchase agreement enters into effect

September 15, 2025 (MLN): The Initial Tested Capacity and Initial Heat Rate Test of Kot Addu Power Company Limited (PSX: KAPCO) were successfully completed on September 12, 2025.

This was done under the provisions of the Tripartite Power Purchase Agreement (TPPA) with Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited and the National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited, according to the company's statement issued today.

The Independent Engineer has issued the Capacity/Heat Rate Test Certificate, establishing September 13, 2025 as the Effective Date of the TPPA.
