KSB Pumps appoints Fida Hussain new MD, CEO

August 19, 2026 (MLN): KSB Pumps Company Limited (PSX: KSBP) has approved changes in its management structure with effect from September 1, 2026.

The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on August 18, 2026, approved the stepping down of Mr. Imran Ghani as Director and Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer following a mutually agreed transition process.

Mr. Fida Hussain has been appointed as Director and Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Ghani joined KSB Pakistan in September 2021 and during his tenure led the Company through a period of transformation and growth, strengthening its market position, operational and financial performance, export business and service operations, while also strengthening its contribution to the KSB Group.

He also served as Head of Central Asia within the KSB Group.

The Board of Directors and KSB Group thanked Mr. Ghani for his leadership, dedication and contributions to the Company and wished him success in his future professional and personal endeavours.

The Company remains committed to its customers, employees, shareholders and business partners and will continue to pursue its strategic objectives and growth plans in Pakistan and the wider region.
