JSCL gets SECP Nod for subsidiary merger

July 16, 2025 (MLN): Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd. (PSX: JSCL) has disclosed that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), through its letter dated July 15, 2025, has approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Quality Energy Solutions (Private) Limited will merge with and into Energy Infrastructure Holding (Private) Limited, effective from May 31, 2025.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

JSCL was incorporated under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 on May 04, 1991 as a public unquoted company.

The principal activities of the Company are managing strategic investments, trading of securities, consultancy services, etc.
