Ismail Industries to establish wholly-owned subsidiary in Spain

September 11, 2025 (MLN): Ismail Industries Limited (PSX:ISIL) has shared that it plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Spain which would mark a key step in its international expansion strategy.

The decision was approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution and is subject to regulatory approvals, according to a company filing at PSX today.

The company said the new subsidiary in Spain will serve as a strategic gateway into the European Union (EU), one of the world’s largest consumer markets.

The statement also highlighted that the move aligns with Ismail Industries’ long-term vision to broaden its global footprint and strengthen the presence of its leading brands in international markets.

The expansion into Europe is seen as a significant milestone for the company as it seeks to diversify its reach beyond Pakistan and tap into new growth opportunities abroad.
