August 31, 2026 (MLN): Clover Pakistan Limited (PSX:CLOV) has informed that Irbanah Ventures International LLC-FZ has acquired shares of the company through market purchases.

As per the details shared, Irbanah Ventures International bought 2mn shares on August 27, 2026 at Rs6.85 per share, followed by another 2mn shares on August 28, 2026 at Rs6.83 per share.

Both transactions were carried out in electronic (CDC) form as regular market sales.
