August 04, 2026 (MLN): Clover Pakistan Limited (PSX:CLOV) has disclosed that Irbanah Ventures International LLC-FZ acquired 2m of its shares through a regular market purchase on August 3, 2026, at a price of Rs8.56 per share, taking the total transaction value to Rs17.12mn.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company said the shares were purchased in electronic (CDC) form, with the acquisition currently resulting in no change to the company's management, board composition, or operational control.
