Tariq Nisar crosses 10% stake in Sitara Peroxide

November 24, 2025 (MLN): Sitara Peroxide Limited (PSX: SPL) has disclosed via a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange that the combined shareholding of Mr. Tariq Nisar and his spouse has crossed the 10% threshold of the company’s total issued share capital.

Tariq Nisar acquired 552,722 voting shares of Sitara Peroxide Limited on November 14, 2025. Following this transaction, his total shareholding now stands at 3,394,862 shares, representing 6.16% of the company’s total issued voting shares.

Mrs. Shabnam Tariq, spouse of Tariq Nisar, holds 2,118,000 shares of Sitara Peroxide Limited.

The combined shareholding of both parties totals 5,512,862 shares, which constitutes 10% of the company's issued share capital.

The shareholding change has been completed in full compliance with regulations and guidelines established by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other applicable authorities.
