Invest Capital Investment Bank shifts registered office from Sindh to Punjab

September 29, 2026 (MLN): Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (PSX:ICIBL) has shifted its registered office from Sindh to Punjab, after the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) approved the change.

The new registered office is located at 131-A, P-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore, while the company's Karachi office will continue to function as a branch office.

The disclosure was made under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations, with the SECP's order enclosed as supporting documentation.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
