ICIBL is not engaged in Cryptocurrency investment, company clarifies

June 4, 2021 (MLN): Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (ICIBL), in a response to some news circulating in the market has clarified that it has not engaged in any investment in Cryptocurrency.

With regards to the process of acquisition of the major shareholding of ICIBL by Climate Global Control Trading LLC, Dubai, (CGCT), the company further clarified that CGCT is not responding to notices issued by SECP or fulfillment of statutory requirements about the acquisition of ICIBL.
