Ingredion to divest majority stake in Rafhan Maize to Nishat Hotels

September 26, 2025 (MLN): Ingredion Incorporated, the majority shareholder of Rafhan Maize Products Company Limited (PSX: RMPL), has entered into a conditional share purchase agreement with Nishat Hotels and Properties Limited for the sale of its 51.04% stake in the company.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of agreed conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.

The divestment will result in Ingredion reducing its equity holding in Rafhan Maize.

The company will share further developments with PSX as they occur.
