Image REIT to list on PSX from Oct 6

October 03, 2025 (MLN): Image REIT (IREIT) will be listed on the Main Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) with effect from Monday, October 6, 2025.

Trading in IREIT units will begin the same day on a T+2 settlement cycle, with the first settlement date falling on October 8.

The opening price has been set at Rs10.01 per unit through the book-building process, while the market lot will consist of one unit of Rs10 each.

The Central Depository Company (CDC) has declared IREIT an eligible security, and all transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), which has assigned “IREIT” as the company code.

IREIT will appear under the “Real Estate Investment Trust” sector in PSX’s daily quotation and, having qualified under Shariah compliance criteria, will also be included in the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index (KMIALLSHR).

M/s Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited has been appointed as the share registrar for the scheme.
