ITANZ wins $5m UAE digital transformation deal

June 17, 2026 (MLN): ITANZ Technologies Limited has secured a long-term contract for a digital transformation program for a leading wholesale distribution conglomerate headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, according to a PSX disclosure.

The engagement covers four tightly integrated technology pillars, including an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) backbone, a Customer and Supplier Intelligent Self-Service platform, an Enterprise Asset Management system, and a combined Mobile Field Workforce solution.

All solutions will be unified through ITANZ’s proprietary integration framework and enhanced with embedded Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics capabilities.

The total engagement value stands at $5.00 million over the next five years, with an equal annual fee structure.

Under the terms of the contract, the initial phase is set to commence within 2026.
